LePage products are warranted by Henkel Canada Corporation to be free from defects in materials when used as directed. Henkel's sole obligation shall be, at its option, to replace or refund the purchase price of product proven to be defective. Henkel makes no other warranty -express or implied -including warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE and will not be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
